SMS Terms & Consent

The King’s Helper Inc. uses SMS text messages to keep customers informed about the plumbing and HVAC service they have scheduled with us. This page describes what messages we send, how you opt in, and how you can opt out at any time.
Program name & purpose
The King’s Helper Service Notifications. A transactional messaging program used only to communicate with customers about a specific service appointment they have booked with us.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to us when scheduling service — either through our website, over the phone with our office, or in person with a technician — and agreeing that we may text you about your appointment. We record the date, time, and method of your consent in our system. We do not add phone numbers obtained any other way to this program.
Types of messages you may receive
- Technician-on-the-way notifications. A short text when your assigned technician is on the way to your service address, with an estimated time of arrival.
- Payment request. After work is complete, a text with a secure link to your itemized invoice where you can pay online.
- Review request. A single follow-up text after your job is closed with a link to leave us a Google review.

- “Hi Jane, this is Justin with The King’s Helper — I’m on my way to 123 Main St, ETA about 20 min. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Hi Jane, your King’s Helper invoice INV-1042 for $325.00 is ready. Pay securely: https://kingshelper.com/i/abc123. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Thanks for choosing The King’s Helper, Jane! If you have a minute, we’d love a review: https://g.page/r/xxxxxx/review. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message frequency
Frequency varies by job. A typical service visit results in one to three messages total (on-the-way, payment request, review request). We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages through this program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you a fee for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed from all SMS messages from The King’s Helper Inc. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START or by asking us to opt you back in.

Supported carriers
The program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle customer information.
