This Privacy Policy describes how The King’s Helper Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information about customers of our plumbing and HVAC services in the greater Lexington, Kentucky area. By requesting service or otherwise contacting us, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Service details you provide when scheduling or during a visit (equipment, issue description, notes).
• Billing information required to process payment for services performed.
• Photos of equipment or job sites that our technicians take to document work.

How we use it

• To schedule, dispatch, and complete the service you requested.
• To send you transactional service messages: appointment confirmations, technician-on-the-way notifications, invoices and receipts, and post-service follow-up.
• To process payments and maintain business records required by law.

SMS / text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box when booking online, or give verbal consent when booking by phone, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from us related to your service (on-the-way notifications, payment requests with a secure link to your invoice, and a review request after work is complete). We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who we share information with

We share the minimum information needed to run our business with a small number of service providers, including:

• Payment processors (to charge for services).
• Communications providers (to deliver email and SMS messages you expect from us).
• Accounting and back-office software used to keep our books.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Google Ads and advertising choices

Our paid-traffic service pages use Google Ads to measure successfully submitted service requests and improve ad performance. When permitted, Google receives page and device information, advertising click identifiers and a random request reference. We do not send your name, phone number, email, address or description of the problem to Google Ads, and we do not use customer matching or customer-list uploads.

In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising tracking stays off until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we also ask first. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you reject it or your browser sends an applicable privacy opt-out, including Global Privacy Control. Rejecting advertising does not prevent service requests or change your separate SMS choice.

Your browser stores a random visitor reference, each advertising choice, its time and region, and the notice and options shown. A request confirmation retains a reference to the choice in effect when submitted; refused events are not sent later. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. You can withdraw or change your choice below or through Privacy settings on any paid-traffic page; changes apply to other open tabs. Clearing browser storage removes those local records.

Service record retention

We keep customer service and billing records for as long as needed to provide warranty support, resolve disputes, and comply with tax and business-records law.
