This total is based on the information provided about your home. It is an estimate and is subject to change after an on-site review of the property by our technician. We will review any change with you before it is billed.

Covers one residential property and the bathroom count declared on this agreement.
Accessible equipment and visible conditions only. Pre-existing, concealed, unsafe, fragile, corroded or inaccessible conditions are excluded.
Repairs, replacement parts, code corrections, permits, drain and sewer cleaning, excavation, water damage, mold work, restoration, after-hours premiums and major system replacement are not included.
Tankless service replaces the included conventional water-heater service when selected.
Sewer care is a camera inspection from an accessible cleanout when access and pipe conditions permit; mechanical cleaning is quoted separately with the member discount.
Initial term is 12 months and renews automatically. We send notice 30 days before each renewal, and you may cancel at any time by calling or emailing us.
Member savings cannot be combined with other offers. The one-time enrollment savings (5% of that day's invoice, up to $50) applies to a single invoice, is not retroactive, and is not available on re-enrollment after cancellation.
This is a preventive maintenance agreement. It is not insurance, not a warranty on existing equipment, and not unlimited repair coverage.
